Free sports and entertainment at the Resort & SPA Le Dune
Summer in Sardinia is the best season to showcase the successes achieved in the gym during the winter months ; to avoid losing your psychophysical balance, you can continue to train and have fun even on holiday. At the Resort & SPA Le Dune sport is not lacking, you will be spoiled for choice.

Sports facilities and equipment
There are four tennis courts, two of which are in mateco and two are in synthetic grass. Additionally, there are two padel courts that require a fee, as well as an illuminated soccer field in synthetic grass. Visitors can also partake in various activities such as mini basketball, beach volleyball, archery, jogging, gymnastics, aerobics, and many other activities that are proposed by the sports and entertainment staff.

SUNBALL TENNIS
The Resort & SPA Le Dune boasts a collaboration with the international tennis school Sunball, the largest in Europe, present in 8 countries. Sunball offers individual lessons for all levels, from beginners to tournament players; special lessons for children and teenagers; free group courses for everyone; single, double and children's tournaments; racket rental, Wilson equipment and stringing service.

TREKKING IN GALLURA
The silence and the scents of the Mediterranean maquis will accompany the visitor during the proposed treks , true experiences of total immersion in the natural environment.

In choosing the itineraries, great attention is paid to the search for breathtaking panoramas , natural monuments, elements of geological, floristic, faunal and historical interest, excellent opportunities to linger and explore naturalistic and archaeological themes thanks to expert guides and sector specialists , with a special attention to the endemisms and peculiarities of Sardinia .

DELPHINA BIKE
If your bike follows you on holiday too, at the Resort & SPA Le Dune from the Delphina collection, there is room for you too! Upon request, we offer a safe deposit service as well as detailed information on the area and any food proposals designed to meet the needs of the cyclist.

SOCCER
The Le Dune Resort has a five-a-side football field for having fun with friends during your holidays in Northern Sardinia. The football school with free lessons for children and teenagers is an opportunity to train and participate in the mini football tournaments that light up the holidays of guests, young and old.

EQUITATION
The riding school of the Resort & SPA Le Dune is designed for horse riding lovers ; it is the ideal opportunity to experience the thrill of a horse ride at sunset, accompanied by our expert instructors, in one of the suggestive naturalistic itineraries designed for you.

DIVING
We can still be amazed by the wonders that the underwater world can show us in the deep blue of these pristine waters. Isola Rossa , Costa Paradiso and the Secca di Badesi are among the best HOT SPOTS in Northern Sardinia . Among shoals and submerged caves , diving enthusiasts will not be disappointed by the depths of the sea in Northern Sardinia , so rich in fauna .

It won't be difficult to meet dentex , bream , moray eels but also lobster and lobster .

SURFING AND KITESURFING
Li Junchi beach is one of the best destinations for surfing in Northern Sardinia. Eight kilometers of beach where the perfect conditions are often created to put yourself to the test with this sport. Surfing and kitesurfing lessons with professionals from the Badesi school are also available. For surf lovers and enthusiasts, summer ends in style with the "Li Junchi Longboard Fest" contest, where you can admire the acrobatics of the best-known names in world surfing.

ARCHERY
Supported by expert instructors and professionals, everyone can approach this sport during a beach holiday. The archery courses, free for guests of the Le Dune Resort, are a fun activity for adults and children, organized in large open spaces, in contact with nature.

MOUNTAINBIKE IN GALLURA
The mountain bike excursions are carried out on routes with little traffic in a pleasant and varied context made up of panoramic dirt roads , suggestive single tracks , smooth climbs, fast descents, steep hairpin bends , without interruption.

Pleasant excursions in which the effort is repaid by the frequent sightings of wild animals , by the admiration of rare botanical species , by the possibility of visiting archaeological sites and appreciating naturalistic peculiarities.

FITNESS
Every year the Resort Le Dune renews and enriches the proposals for guests who want to keep fit during their beach holidays. Free fitness classes, water aerobics, yoga and various activities enliven different corners of the resort throughout the day to alternate sweet idleness on the beach or in the pool with a bit of healthy physical activity.

BEACH VOLLEY
The beach volleyball court of the Badesi resort is available to all guests. If the free courses allow you to learn the basics of this sport, teamwork is essential to have fun in the tournaments that are organized by our staff.

SPORTS AND SAILING
On the beach of Li Junchi every moment is the right one to put yourself to the test and have fun with water sports: sailing courses with the use of catamarans, theoretical and practical windsurfing lessons, canoes, perfect for fully enjoying the Sardinian sea

• The resort is divided into various areas: “I Ginepri”, “Le Palme”, “Le Rocce”, “Le Sabine” and “La Duna Bianca”.
• I Genepri and Le Palme are especially suited to families.
• Le Rocce is a quiet area only for adults.
• Le Sabine is available to all guests and La Duna Bianca is situated just a few metres from the sea and has the highest standard.
