About Hidden Palm Resort:
HIDDEN PALMS RESORT is a small-scale private resort being developed on beautiful landscaped property with twelve bungalows and a pool. The resort is for those who enjoy adventure and love the beach life.

506 offers daily clinics, lessons, match play, and a year-round junior program. The resort presently has 3 deco-turf hardcourts and 2 red clay courts. The facility is located in the beautiful beach town of Nosara Costa Rica which is also famous for world-class yoga and surfing.
Program:
Custom designed junior and adult programs will help you to improve your game. On and off-court workouts, training and strength exercises, flexibility and movement workshops are all available. We see proper nutritional training as part of a complete program. Designing the best program for you only requires a brief phone meeting in order to gauge your needs and set all the goals to get the best experience in your workout vacation.
Sport Fishing
Sport fishing is one of the many great opportunities during your stay in Nosara. Some of the local restaurants will even cook your catch for you and your friends that night. There are several outfitters in the area with boats heading out from Playa Garza. Most options include choices for half days in the morning or afternoon or full days.
Horseback Riding
There are several outfitters for horseback riding in Nosara. Experience the thrill of galloping on the beaches of Nosara, Guiones and Pelada as well as seeing some amazing wild life up close on the jungle trails. Sunset tours are among the most popular but there are several options available.
Stand-up Paddle Boarding
With Stand Up Paddle Boarding in Nosara you can take a river tour or an ocean tour. All of these are unique experiences and worth a try. For the advanced stand up paddle boarder there is the option for paddle surfing. Kayaking available as well.
Canopy Tour
Miss Sky Canopy Tours currently hosts the longest tour of its kind in the world with all lines adding up to over 11 km in total. They are also one of the safest, with all routes being double lined, twice the safety requirement. The tour also makes a stop at a secluded waterfall towards the end of the tour that includes a short hike as well.
Hiking / Birdwatching
In the 90 acre nature reserve called Reserva Biológica, you can find well indicated hiking paths. From there you can observe the fauna, especially in the early morning. In this nature reserve you can admire: racoons, monkeys, armadillos and coatis, amphibious animals, reptiles and of course a rich and varied bird life, with more than 270 species.
Restaurants
When it comes to eating, the beaches of Nosara offers a great selection of restaurants. Some of the most memorable experiences for visitors comes from the variety of places to eat. They range from wonderful gourmet restaurants to beachside cafes all with fantastic eats. The beaches also have a great selection of bars to kick back in.
Yoga Retreats
Yoga teacher training, retreats and daily classes are offered in one of the most beautiful destinations in Costa Rica. There are several yoga retreats in the area. Guiones is home to many retreats which are designed to be as relaxing as possible by teachers with years of experience. There are also many options for career training in yoga education. For the casual yogi, daily classes are also offered to the public.
A twenty minute drive north along the pacific coast takes you to Playa Ostional, famous for the Olive Ridley Turtles. The Ostional Wildlife Refuge is a 33 square mile area, and was originally declared a protected area in 1982. It includes coverage both on land and out to sea. It was created to protect important nesting beaches of the meter long Olive Ridley Sea Turtle.
