Tennis

Jonathan Markson Tennis programs are run at the Meadowridge Tennis Club. 

  • The Meadowridge Tennis Club has 8 tennis courts of which 2 are floodlit
  • The club house has changerooms, a bar area and members hall
  • There is also an outdoor area and a childrens playground

Accommodation

Jonathan Markson Tennis offer two types of accommodation: 

  • An historic four-star hotel - The Steenberg Boutique Hotel
  • Two luxurious guesthouses - The Villa-Fig Guest House and the Lazy River Guest House

Our recommended accommodation is a 5 minute drive from the tennis club.

The Steenberg Boutique Hotel

This luxurious hotel nestles in the vineyards of the Constantina Valley, with sweeping views over the False Bay. Its buildings, dating back to 1682, were lovingly restored and have been declared a National Monument.

There are 3 main room types

  • Standard Room: Individually decorated bedroom with en-suite
  • Superior Room: Comfortably sized, individually decorate bedroom with en-suite and private patio
  • Family Room: Spacious, individually decorated with en-suite and patio. Twin bedroom with a separate lounge including sofa bed. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Villa-Fig Guest House

The Villa Fig is a stylish Cape Dutch homestead with antiques, original oil paintings and marble floors. It adjoins a willow-lined river in the heart of the Constantia Valley and affords panoramic views of the Cape mountains. Guests can enjoy the charming pool set in a manicured garden. The guest-house is close to restaurants, wine-tasting, horse-riding and golf. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is provided.

Lazy River Guest House
