Offenbach am Main, Germany
The Tennis University was founded by Alexander Waske, Davis Cup and ATP player, with Rainer Schüttler in 2010. Their life motto and the philosophy of the academy is that each player should work as hard as they can to be the best tennis player that they personally can be. Players are encouraged to pursue not just sporting success, but personal development as well.
The University now trains 30+ players with 11 coaches year round. Besides the regular tennis training at the tennis academy, they also offer camps for young and adult players who want to improve their game and share their passion for the sport. Top-players such as Tommy Haas and Jürgen Melzer have stopped by the tennis academy to prepare for their matches.
