Students in the weekly training programs benefit from the world renowned ESA 360 Performance System, designed by Emilio Sanchez Vicario and Sergio Casal. It includes Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental training. The four areas are developed intensively and tailored to the players level of development depending on age, physical condition and tennis ability.

EACH TENNIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Level evaluation and player placement in a group of no more than 4 players.
  • Court Training: Work with a tennis ball bucket, correction of basic shots, and training in real match situations.
  • Individualized Report: analysis of game pattern, conclusions and suggestions.

During the program players can use all club facilities: tennis courts, swimming pool, and fitness area.

Supervisory staff: The team of supervisors take care of the players and are responsible for their safety and welfare at the Academy.

Weekly program - Full Day

DURATION: Weekly from August to June (except Summer Program)
AGE: Starting at 12.
TENNIS PROGRAM: 21h / week
ATHLETE BODY: 10h / week
ATHLETE MIND: On court + 1h in group session
RATIO: 2 players / 1 court

Weekly program - Half Day

DURATION: Weekly from August to June (except Summer Program)
AGE: Starting at 12.
TENNIS PROGRAM: 17h / week
ATHLETE BODY: 5h / week
ATHLETE MIND: On court + 1h in group session
RATIO: 2 players / 1 court

Players can boost their tennis level even further with the Push Program.
The Push program includes: Private tennis training: replace 5 hours of group tennis lessons with 5 hours of private lessons. This allows tennis players to work intensively on the technical and tactical sides of the game.
