This 5 day, ladies-only tennis retreat offers exciting and educational drill and match play sessions combined with oceanfront accommodations and delightful dining. SCHEDULE

Wednesday

  • 1–3pm: Check-In
  • 2:30–5pm: Mixer tournament and evaluation
  • 7:15pm: Meet the pros in hotel lobby for dinner departure
  • 7:30–9pm: Welcome cocktail reception, dinner and official team draft
  • Dinner Attire - Dressy Casual

Thursday

  • 7:30am: Breakfast at Sunrise Café
  • 9–11:30am: Groundstroke clinic/team practice
  • 11:30am–12pm: Team infomercial rehearsal
  • 1:30–2pm: Team infomercial video shoot
  • 2–4pm: 1st round of team competition
  • 4–6pm: Spa treatments (optional)
  • 7:15pm: Shuttles depart from hotel 
  • 7:30pm: Dinner in downtown Fernandina Beach
  • Dinner Attire - “Fancy Dress - Theme TBD”

Friday

  • 7:30am: Breakfast at Sunrise Café
  • 9–11:30am: Volley and overhead clinic/team practice
  • 11:30am–12pm: Team infomercial rehearsal
  • 1:30–2pm: Team infomercial video shoot
  • 2–4pm: 2nd round of team competition
  • 4–4:45pm: Pro exhibition on Stadium Court
  • 6:30pm: Night on your own

Saturday

  • 7:30am: Breakfast at Sunrise Café 
  • 9–11:30am: Serve and return clinic/team practice
  • 1:45pm: Official team photos
  • 2–4pm: Final round of team competition
  • 4–6pm: Spa treatments (optional)
  • 7:15pm: Meet pros in lobby to be escorted to dinner
  • 7:30–10:30pm: dinner, awards, team trophy, video highlights
  • Dinner Attire - Party Outfit

Sunday

  • 7:30am: Breakfast at Sunrise Café
  • 9:30–11am: Games and competition
  • 11am: Farewells, check-out and airport departures

 

Terms & Conditions
  • Notes: All rooms are ocean view, extra nights are available, pricing upon request. Balances are due one month prior to the retreat.
  • Cancellation Policy: $750 deposit required to hold space in the retreat. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat your deposit can be used at another retreat in the future. Any monies paid additional to the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations inside 30 days your deposit can be transferred to another retreat in the future. All additional monies are forfeited.

Was recently in Amelia Island to meet with family and hopefully relax and escape from the "real world " for awhile. From ages 82 to 12 we all had an amazing time. The staff did an outstanding job...

I love this place, not our first visit. And I understand the crisis timing, reopening jitters, and all.. And I get that some staff might make more staying home than showing up for work due to cares...

Stayed there for several days. The staff was largely rude. Room TVs are on the small end. Views are nice, but there were too many people allowed to hang out without proper social distancing...
