• 2:30–5pm: Mixer tournament and evaluation
• 7:15pm: Meet the pros in hotel lobby for dinner departure
• 7:30–9pm: Welcome cocktail reception, dinner and offcial team draft. Dinner Attire - Dress Casual

Thursday

• 7:30am: Breakfast at bluEmber
• 9–11:30am: Groundstroke clinic/team practice
• 11:30am–12pm: Team infomercial rehearsal
• 1:30–2pm: Team infomercial video shoot
• 2–4pm: 1st round of team competition
• 4–6pm: Spa treatments (optional)
• 7:15pm: Shuttles depart from hotel
• 7:30pm: Dinner at The River’s Acqua Pazza Dinner Attire - “Fancy Dress - Theme TBD”

Friday

• 7:30am: Breakfast at bluEmber
• 9–11:30am: Volley and overhead clinic/team practice
• 2–4pm: 2nd round of team competition
• 4–4:45pm: Pro exhibition on Stadium Court
• 6:30pm: Night on your own

Saturday

• 7:30am: Breakfast at bluEmber
• 9–11:30am: Serve and return clinic/team practice 1:45pm: Offcial team photos
• 2–4pm: Final round of team competition
• 4–6pm: Spa treatments (optional)
• 7:15pm: Meet pros in lobby to depart for dinner
• 7:30–10:30pm: Dinner, awards, team trophy, video highlights Dinner Attire - Party Outfit

Sunday

• 7:30am: Breakfast at bluEmber
• 9:30–11am: Games and competition
• 11am: Farewells, check-out and airport departures

Cancelation Policy

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat your deposit can be used at another retreat in the future. Any amount paid additional to the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations inside 30 days your deposit can be transferred to another retreat in the future. All additional amount are forfeited.
